2010 Early Childhood Education Scholarships
The purpose of the Early Childhood Education Scholarships is to increase the number of qualified and registered early childhood teachers.

Course fees are paid for up to a maximum of four full-time years of study.
Allowance of $10,000 over the period of study (for full-time students only). |

Applications for study commencing at the beginning of the calendar year open on 1 February 2010 and close on 1 March 2010.
Applications will be open in July/August for study commencing mid-year. Please note: There will be a separate application form for the mid year scholarships.

Please note:
- Applicants must read the 'Early Childhood Education Scholarships Guidelines Booklet' carefully and send in a complete application form with all relevant documents. Incomplete or illegible applications will not be considered.
- In the past, Teach NZ has returned incomplete forms to applicants but will not be doing so this year. We recommend that your form is double checked before it is submitted.
- You will need to be enrolled in an approved early childhood teacher education qualification before applying for an Early Childhood Education Scholarship.
