On this page you'll find the Guide to the Voluntary Bonding Scheme. Use this to check if you're eligible for the scheme and to find out how to apply for a payment.
There are also four forms for the Voluntary Bonding Scheme:
Use this form to register your interest in the Voluntary Bonding Scheme and check your eligibility. Complete and return it when you start working in an eligible job.
Use this form to apply for your first payment within 12 months of finishing three years’ service.
These forms will be available online from late 2012. Use these forms to apply for your second and third payments. They must be completed and returned within 12 months of finishing your fourth and fifth years of service.

Your principal(s) must sign this form if you’re applying for a payment or if you change schools and are still teaching an eligible subject.
