NCEA
The National Certificate of Educational Achievement (NCEA) is New Zealand's national senior qualification introduced in 2002. For teachers who have been away from New Zealand, or from teaching pre-NCEA days, there is a great deal of information for you about NCEA on the
Ministry of Education,
Te Kete Ipurangi (TKI) and
NZQA websites.
An on-line community has been created on Te Kete Ipurangi (The Online Learning Centre) website, where you can access assessment resources developed for use with NCEA achievement standards.
