The information below applies to the 2019 TeachNZ Early Childhood Education Scholarships.

If you want to become an Early Childhood Education (ECE) teacher and you're passionate about Māori or Pacific cultures, a TeachNZ ECE Scholarship may be just what you've been waiting for. 

There are two types of ECE Scholarships available for 2019.

Early Childhood Education scholarships - for those who would like to train as early childhood teachers and who have experience working with either Māori or Pacific communities.

ECE Māori and Pacific Languages scholarships - for those who are fluent speakers of te reo Māori or a Pacific language and who want to teach in the early childhood sector.
